Ventura County FC vs Houston Dynamo 2 | Friday July 5th
Ventura County FC and Houston Dynamo 2 Battle to 1-1 Draw
We took on Houston Dynamo 2 on Friday night in our first matchup of the season, battling to a 1-1 draw at William Rolland Stadium.
A first goal in MLS Next Pro by Gabi Arnold put us in front in the first 45, but it wasn’t enough to take all three points as Houston would go on to equalize later in the second half.
After another exciting penalty shootout, Brady Scott once again provided the key saves to get the extra point and extend our unbeaten streak in PKs to 6.
