The Mayor of Oxnard, Luis McArthur, has organized a friendly exhibition soccer match that will feature regional law enforcement officers, including Mayor McArthur, a former police commander, competing against staff from the

Mexican Consulate's Office in Oxnard.

This event is set to take place prior to the main match between VCFC and LAFC at the William Roland Stadium at California Lutheran University. The exhibition match is scheduled to commence at 4 PM on Sunday, July 20th, serving as a prelude to the eagerly awaited game between VCFC and LAFC.

The aim of this friendly competition is to foster community engagement and enhance collaboration among all participants
